'Download plot as png' in Safari: PNG created without the plot

1. Create a HTML file for a 3D surface plot using write_html()
2. Open the HTML file in Safari 18.4 on macOS 15.4 (it works in Google Chrome)
3. Click on Download plot as png
4. The plot is missing from the downloaded file:
   

The console shows no errors (apart from [Error] Not allowed to load local resource: file:///favicon.ico).

Hi @gy-mate, I'm following up on some old issues. If you're still around, could you let us know whether you still see this issue with plotly.js v4.0.0 / plotly.py v7.0.0? If so, are you able to provide a reproducible example? I'm trying to determine whether this bug is still present.

I'll admit I'm not actually sure what specific change resolved the issue, but most likely it was upgrading one of the underlying dependencies for 3d rendering, or a Safari issue which was resolved in a later update.
