Interactive tooltip order

Plotly version 2.1.0

When you have stacked bars with values equals to zero or almost, interactive tooltips are ordered in an random way. It would be nice to have them displayed according to the stack order (yellow, orange, blue).

@alexcjohnson I feel like this has been discussed recently on the plotly.js side but I can't find the issue. Does this ring a bell?

Yes, a fix for this (including bar charts) was included with the stacked area PR plotly/plotly.js#2960 (plotly/plotly.js@2fde3dc, plotly/plotly.js#2960 (comment)). That was merged in plotly.js v1.41.
