Support retrieving the base version via --base flag in vmn show. Extracts the base semver using VMNBackend.get_base_vmn_version, stripping any prerelease or build metadata while respecting hide_zero_hotfix. Includes unit tests in tests/test_show.py.

Overview
Adds the
--baseCLI option tovmn show <app>to print the base semver string without prerelease identifiers or build metadata (for example,1.0.1-rc1returns1.0.1).Changes
--baseflag toadd_arg_showinversion_stamp/cli/args.py.basethroughhandle_showinversion_stamp/cli/commands.py.version_stamp/cli/output.py, calculateddata["base_version"]usingVMNBackend.get_base_vmn_version(verstr, vcs.hide_zero_hotfix). When--baseis specified without--verbose,outreturns the base version string. In--verbosemode,base_versionis included in the output dictionary.basekeyword argument to_showintests/helpers.py.tests/test_show.py(test_show_base_option) verifying base version extraction on release candidates and subsequent promotions.Verification
Ran the full test suite in
tests/test_show.py: all 13 tests pass.
