Bound request body memory held by concurrent HTTP requests - #7980
A template whose DSL builds a large request body (for example {{repeat("A", 24000000)}}) builds one body per target, and with -bulk-size 25 all 25 exist at once. Each request also allocated about 5× its body again in the post-send request dump. Memory grows with bulk size × body size and nothing bounds it.
This PR:
Cuts copies in the post-send dump (pkg/protocols/http/utils.go, operators.go). The dump buffer is sized once instead of grown by doubling, Accept-Encoding is inserted in place, and savedRequest no longer copies the dump. The dump bytes are unchanged.
Adds -max-request-body-inflight / -mrbi, off by default (0). It caps the request-body bytes held by in-flight HTTP requests with a weighted semaphore shared by the runner and the SDK. Bodies under 1 MB skip it so small requests never queue behind a heavy one. A body larger than the cap runs alone.
Reserves before the body is built (pkg/protocols/http/body_budget.go). Each template records the largest body it has built and reserves that size before generator.Make; until a size is known, its builds run one at a time. This covers sequential, threads and pipeline requests: parallel tasks and pipeline goroutines hold their reservation until the send completes, so bodies queued ahead of the send count against the cap. Race requests skip the budget so they still reach the gate together.
Starts the HTTP timeout after admission, so time spent queued doesn't time a request out.
The bytes sent, matching and output are unchanged, and with the default 0 the budget is not used at all.
Proof
Synthetic template posting {{repeat("A", 24000000)}} to 25 local mock targets that answer after 2 s, -bs 25 -c 25, peak RSS from /usr/bin/time -l (macOS), three runs each:

Tests:
pkg/utils/httpbody/budget_test.go: queueing, a body larger than the budget, small bodies skipping it, nil budget.
TestRequestBodyBudgetQueuesHeavyRequests: three 1 MB POSTs against a 1 MB budget reach the server one at a time and all match. It fails with the budget off and with the old timeout placement.
TestRequestBodyBudgetBoundsBodiesBuiltAhead: 12 × 8 MB bodies against an 8 MB budget while the server holds the first request. Heap held is 23 MB with threads: 8; before this change it was 112 MB. Runs without -race only, since heap numbers under the race detector aren't meaningful.
TestRequestBodyBudgetStopAtFirstMatchReleasesQueued: after stop-at-first-match, the full budget can be acquired again, so no reservation leaks.
Pipeline depends on projectdiscovery/rawhttp#551.rawhttp's pipeline client hangs forever on a request sent after its connection has idled for 10s, and waiting on the budget can create that gap. This happens on dev too, for any pipeline template with a 10s gap between sends. The pipeline case of TestRequestBodyBudgetBoundsBodiesBuiltAhead is skipped until nuclei bumps to a rawhttp release with that fix. With it applied locally, the pipeline case holds 15 MB, against 47 MB before this change.
go test -race passes locally on pkg/protocols/http/..., pkg/utils/httpbody, pkg/protocols, pkg/tmplexec/... and lib. Not tested: Linux peak RSS, and templates whose body size varies widely between payloads (they over-reserve for small bodies).
All checks passed (lint, unit/integration/regression tests etc.) with my changes

New Features
Added -max-request-body-inflight (-mrbi) to cap the request-body bytes held by in-flight HTTP requests. Requests with bodies of 1 MB or more wait when the configured limit is reached; set the limit to 0 (the default) to disable it.
Queued requests continue when capacity becomes available and can still complete within their configured timeout. The limit also applies when configuring the engine through the SDK.
executeRequest dumps every request in full after sending it, so
matchers can read the whole body. For a 23 MB body that dump allocated
about 5x the body per request: cappedWriter grew its buffer by
doubling, the Accept-Encoding insertion copied the whole dump again,
and savedRequest copied it once more before capping it.
Size the buffer for the body up front, insert the header in place, and
let savedRequest cap the dump without converting it to bytes first. The
dump bytes are unchanged.
Add -max-request-body-inflight (default 256 MB, 0 disables it).
executeRequest acquires its body size from a shared budget before it
dumps and sends, and releases it when it returns, so concurrent
requests with multi-MB bodies queue instead of all holding their
copies at once. Bodies under 1 MB skip the budget, since the semaphore
is FIFO and a queued heavy request would stall them. Race requests
skip it too, because they must all reach the open gate together.
The HTTP timeout in ExecuteWithResults now starts once the budget
admits the request, so time spent queued does not time it out.
generator.Make builds the whole body from the template's DSL before
executeRequest takes it from the budget, and building costs about twice
the body. With 25 concurrent 23 MB builds outside the budget, it did
not lower peak memory.
ExecuteWithResults now reserves the template's largest body size seen
so far before calling Make. The size is only known after the DSL has
run, so a template's first build runs alone and records it. A body
larger than the reservation releases it and acquires its own size
again, instead of waiting while holding part of the budget, which could
deadlock two growing requests.
The change adds a CLI option for limiting bytes held by in-flight HTTP request bodies. It adds a weighted budget, propagates it through executor options, and reserves capacity during HTTP request generation and execution. Requests below 1 MiB are not budgeted.

Summary
Weighted budget and body-size tracking pkg/utils/httpbody/budget.go, pkg/utils/httpbody/budget_test.go, pkg/protocols/http/body_budget.go
Adds weighted capacity acquisition, request-body size estimates, and reservation helpers. Tests cover queued acquisitions, cancellation, nil budgets, and learned body sizes.
Adds MaxRequestBodyInFlight and the -max-request-body-inflight (-mrbi) flag. Creates budgets for runner and SDK executors, and carries the budget through copied options and ephemeral executions.
Tracks and estimates generated body sizes, reserves budget before generation or execution, and applies the send timeout after budget admission. Updates request dumping and saved-request conversion. Tests check that large requests queue and still match.

The change is mergeable with awareness that variable-size bodies can briefly exceed the configured limit and that the turbo memory bound still lacks a runnable regression test.

Explanation
Issue #7976 requires an option to cap request-body bytes held by in-flight HTTP requests without changing sent bytes or matching. The PR adds -max-request-body-inflight/-mrbi, disables it at 0, shares the budget with HTTP execution paths, reserves capacity before body generation, queues large requests, allows oversized requests to run alone, and releases reservations on completion or cancellation. Race requests retain their existing concurrency behavior. The dump changes reduce extra body copies described by the issue. Tests cover queueing, size learning, oversized and small bodies, timeout placement, memory bounds, matching, and reservation release.

Admit parallel and pipeline bodies before generation.
executeParallelHTTP calls generator.Make before queueing the request. Its queue and workers can retain multiple generated bodies before executeRequest calls RequestBodyBudget.Acquire.
executeTurboHTTP also calls generator.Make before spmHandler.Acquire. Its concurrency bound limits request count, but not body bytes. These paths do not provide the advertised -mrbi byte bound.
Move reservation before generator.Make and carry the reservation through the task or pipeline goroutine until the send completes. Keep the intentional race-request exception explicit in the documentation.

The test claims to bound bodies built by both threaded and pipeline execution, but the pipeline subtest exits before it configures or executes a request. executeTurboHTTP uses the new reservation path, so a regression in turbo body accumulation can pass the current suite. Add a runnable turbo case or an equivalent assertion over that path.
