fix(prime): hide unpublished installs and name the backend

Stock Prime showed install actions even though no managed build was published, and the settings card did not name the selected backend. Probe verified channel metadata without downloading bundles, hide unavailable actions while preserving active maintenance status, and label Native daemon or ACP compatibility explicitly.

Validation: 65 focused tests and scoped server/web checks passed. Phase 3 adversarial checkpoint passed; real stock and private native cards show the expected labels and disabled unpublished install action. Before/after images are attached below. Related: #114.

Before/after settings evidence from the isolated local environment. Stock 0.9.4 now shows Backend: ACP compatibility; the reviewed private fork shows Backend: Native daemon. Install stable is disabled with the exact unpublished-build guidance in both cases. The native screenshot was captured after provider status settled. No managed publication is claimed.

Phase 3 checkpoint passed at integrated59822daa62. The server metadata/progress tests and real client checks cover the status behavior. Web and desktop share this renderer; mobile maintenance visibility is tracked separately in #475.
