Current PEPs links are dead since python/peps#3418

Or link directly to the rendered versions? For example: https://peps.python.org/pep-0001/

You could also add PEPs 8104 and 8105 for last and this year's elections.

Yes, I thought there might have been a good reason why this wasn't done originally but I can't think of one.

You could also add PEPs 8104 and 8105 for last and this year's elections.
