Rebuilt qubic-helper-html-3_2_0.html from ts-library-wrapper feat/vault-v3-support at <WRAPPER_SHA>; sha256 starts 3262a2b9. wallet.createVaultFile in this asset now writes v3 vaults, so the mobile app exports v3 while its import keeps reading both v1 and v3. The bridge contract is unchanged and no Dart code changes. Desktop builds use the CLI binaries, which are not part of this asset and keep writing v1.
