Basepath Urls containing spaces lead to parser failure due to failed resource load.

Code that causes a bug

final WebApiBaseUnit result = parse(ramlContent, baseUri).get();

throws amf.core.remote.FileNotFound from ResourceLoader:31

use base directory, execute parse.
