This PR:

• Sets up Shadcn UI dependencies (since v0 is fond of using Shadcn for any UI it generates)
• Updates the perf analysis types copied from the backend
• Disables TS array index checks (which were turned on for some reason)
• Adds logic from Andarist to diff perf results
• Builds out an initial perf analysis UI:
  • Fetches the initial perf result for that recording ID
  • Fetches the corresponding workspace tracking file, and finds other recent results from main
  • Currently passes just two results to be diffed on the client side
  • Displays some initial diff results, starting from a v0-generated layout
