Support for Raspberry Pi Gaming Distros #284

First, I'd like to thank you for the great romm ecosystem. Having the library installed in a server and being able to download just the roms (and saves!) we want to any device in the network is amazing.

It would be even better if we had support for Raspberry Pi retro gaming distros in grout. I'm not sure how hard this would be, but I believe it wouldn't be too hard, since they are all Arm distros running Linux.

The userbase is huge! And storage space is almost always a limitation for these retro gaming boxes. Being able to download only what is needed from the server would be great.
