I am working on some addins that need to run in the browser view. I notice that there is always significant amount of unused space on the right-hand side, underneath the Done button. When I run a regular Shiny app locally and open it into the same browser, all the space gets used.
When I altered the addins to use regular shiny ui functions (e.g., fluidPage, etc) there was still unused space (and of course no Done button), so maybe this is has something to do with how shiny::browserViewer() interacts with addins.
My browser options:
