Adds parallel_matrix_formatter to Distributed Testing, next to parallel_tests.
It is an RSpec formatter for suites run with parallel_tests or parallel_split_test. Results from all processes are collected over a UNIX socket into a single progress display and one consolidated failure report with rerun commands.
