Adds one browser music-theory tool to the existing Music theory section, beside the chord/scale lookup resources.

My Chord Finder looks up guitar and piano chords, identifies chords from selected frets or keys, displays scales, and plays recorded instrument samples in the browser. It requires no account or audio upload. It does not identify microphone recordings.

I maintain My Chord Finder. The addition describes the working tool without claiming that the complete application is open source.

Validation: the homepage is public; the description matches its chord lookup, reverse lookup, scale and playback features. No CONTRIBUTING file or inherited contribution guide was exposed by the repository's community profile; this follows the existing one-line Markdown format and keeps this PR to one entry.
