This would be huge for me. A lot of my friends think everything they see on overseerr is available (despite my best efforts to explain to them that items may not be). Being able to decline for a reason would prevent some angry text messages :D

Apparently, it's not that important. At least that's what the label says. This is a great pity, the desire for this function has existed for a very long time.

A way to add a optional message when declining a request that will be passed to the notification to the end user so they know the reason for declining the request.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Sending a message to the end user telling them why their request got declined
