[tinyagents-slim] relocate: the schedule tool to cron/ #207

Base branch: tinyagents-refactor (senamakel/openhuman), after tinyhumansai#7929 lands. Paths are relative to crates/openhuman-core/src/ unless they start with crates/, app/, tests/ or vendor/.

Context

Mechanical move. Tool names and RPC namespaces are unchanged.

• tools/impl/system/schedule.rs (499) → cron/tools/schedule.rs. A product tool over cron, tinyflows and origin approval.

Scope

• Move the file(s) and their _tests.rs siblings; update imports and registration.
• Keep model-facing tool names and RPC strings byte-identical.

Acceptance criteria

• The moved tests pass unchanged in their new location.
• pnpm rust:layout passes (no stale #[path]).
• Surviving RPC namespace strings are unchanged; no shim or re-export is left behind for anything deleted.

Done when: the rows above are gone from their source directories and the gates below pass.
