Extracted the emptiness check into a named binding before returning the terminal agent id and elapsed time, and dropped a stale entry from the gated test allowlist. No behaviour change. Auto-committed-on: dragonfly
Add storage/boot.rs and storage/schema.rs to the gated-test allowlist and re-sync the SaaS ambient baseline with the current source line numbers. The baseline also picks up new bare-spawn sites under storage/layout and storage/import_state, and drops the stale import_claim entry. Auto-committed-on: dragonfly
Extend the module pin exemption list with the packages whose gitlinks now sit past their released tags on the merged upstream commits carrying the uniform storage schema, and refresh the tinyconnectors entry to the new gitlink. The error returned when analyzing a shell command was previously dropped silently, making failures hard to diagnose. It is now printed to stderr so the underlying cause is visible. Auto-committed-on: dragonfly
The shell command authorization path printed a leftover debug line to stderr when analysis failed. It now emits a structured tracing warning with the error attached, so the failure is logged consistently with the rest of the scheduler. Auto-committed-on: dragonfly

rustfmt, layout line limit, gated-test allowlist, SaaS ambient baseline (storage layout blocking IO), module-pin exemptions for the storage-v2 gitlinks, and a tracing warn for shell command analysis failures.
