Moves provider-neutral workflow wiring diagnostics into TinyFlows. The new
WiringWarningsAuthoring member accepts a candidate graph and a scope-bound host lookup, then checks output fields, required payload envelopes, andsplit_outpaths using TinyFlows' existing binding parser. Unknown contracts, failed lookups, and dynamic slugs stay silent; the operation is advisory and does not execute workflow capabilities.Adds serialization-only contract DTOs, bumps the served Authoring contract to v3, preserves the existing schema-path helper through the shared resolver, and documents output schema and full-output primary-array path semantics.
