Cloud provider construction needs to preserve host-selected bearer identity, transport policy, and model fallback semantics. This adds explicit Codex OAuth routing and reusable wire identity, a typed-route discovery helper that preserves the existing spec-based API, typed slug fallback resolution, and PEM CA support layered onto a host-configured HTTP builder. Injected clients remain authoritative, and host-owned credential lookup stays outside TinyInference.
The existing
ProviderRegistry::discovery_request(&ProviderSpec, &ProviderBuildOptions)remains source-compatible; route discovery is additive.ProviderBuildOptionsreuses its existing header/query fields and accepts a lifetime-bound builder factory plus optional CA bundle. Tests cover OAuth-vs-standard routing, Codex request headers/query, model fallback errors and raw model identifiers, route discovery/bypass, client precedence, proxy retention, and local TLS trust. All six push and PR checks passed on exact head
