Contact NLnet to ask about possible challenges with financial clearinghouse function

Ensure that once we are established in TCC, we can use the financial clearinghouse construct to gather funds and hire resource without issues.

I've had a chat with Michiel L. @ NLnet, and a longer chat with Rogier Spoor (board member TCC). The challenges were there, but have been resolved satisfactorily by NLnet + TCC. The message from NLnet/TCC is clear: green light to start a funding drive. Excellent :)
