Configure fails with no tests dir: cannot find source file tests/core/dma_batch_parity.cu #124

Hi all - I am a polystrata newbie and I wanted to report a small issue with the build.

Configuring the published source, the tree without tests/, fails:

       CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:955 (add_executable):
         Cannot find source file:

           tests/core/dma_batch_parity.cu

STRATA_BUILD_TESTS=OFF does not skip it, and a tree without tests/ stops there. The other parity targets with sources under tests/ are guarded with EXISTS, so this one looks missed.

Seen on f472d85a, Linux, cmake 4.4.4. Happy to send a patch.
