   Thanks for the report. This was a bug in v0.1.42-poly.1 that broke every start of the server, and it's fixed in v0.1.42-poly.2 (#8).

   Your copy is a zip download, so UPDATE.bat can't pull the fix. Download the zip again from https://github.com/VecSzn/PolyStrata/archive/refs/heads/main.zip, extract it to the same place as before and let Windows replace the files. The model you already downloaded stays where it is, so nothing big is downloaded again. Then run START-HERE.bat.

   Let me know if it still fails.
