shell_command 调用因未知字段 code_mode_host_duration_ns 解析失败 #656

Codex 无法通过工具读取本地仓库状态，也无法执行其他 PowerShell 命令。用户只能手动在终端执行命令并粘贴结果。

环境

• 操作系统：Windows
• Shell：Windows PowerShell
• 工具：Codex 1.8.0
• Codeg: 0.30.2

复现步骤

1. 在 Codex 会话中调用 functions.exec。
2. 通过 tools.shell_command 执行以下命令：

git status --short --branch

3. 也尝试过只执行单条命令，以及并行执行多个只读 Git 命令。

实际结果

工具调用失败，未返回命令输出：

单条调用和并行调用都会出现相同错误。
