Purpose
Three small typo fixes spotted by codespell:
Thay→Theyin a LaTeX comment insphinxlatexadmonitions.stywil→willin a LaTeX comment insphinxlatexstyletext.stysupressing→suppressingin the 8.2 changelog entry for Allow suppressing a warning of non-matching glob pattern in TOC #13230All three are in non-translation files and are unambiguously misspellings.
These follow the pattern of #13992 and #14211.
