The feed price used is the most recent price reported by the witnesses in the Condenser (currently $0.043). As a result, the values for SP and STEEM calculated from the pending_payout_value are incorrect.

However, the correct approach would be to use the value for current_median_history (currently $0.10558).

I think this should be changed:
