This PR implements support for Stellar Asset Contracts (SAC) in the basic payment app. When a user selects a contact whose address starts with 'C' (indicating a contract address), the app now creates a transfer transaction using the invokeHostFunction operation instead of a typical payment operation.
Key changes:
Added sendSacTransfer function in src/stellar.js that builds an invokeHostFunction operation for SAC transfers
Added isContractAddress helper function to detect contract addresses
Updated App.js to call the appropriate payment method based on whether the recipient is a contract
Updated PaymentForm.js to show a different button ("Transfer via SAC Contract") when sending to contract addresses
Added visual indicators in ContactList.js to identify contract addresses
Updated package.json to use stellar-sdk v12 which supports the new SAC APIs
