The LedgerBackend interface in go-stellar-sdk (pulled in by the previous commit) gained a GetLedgerRaw method. The mockLedgerBackend in ledger_reader_test.go no longer satisfies the interface and the compile-time assertion fails, which is what golangci-lint surfaced as a typecheck error on the PR.
