The Vara testnet archive RPC answers Cloudflare 522 and the dataset head has been stuck at block 30078499 (2026-08-27). Removes the dataset from the Portal registries (datasets.yml, mainnet metadata) and the v2 archive list (substrate.json), and adds it to retired-datasets.json so the daily metadata update does not re-import it while the portal still lists it.
