• Build validation imported raw params source through Node, bypassing Vite’s TypeScript resolution and transforms; require an explicit loader instead of retaining that fallback.
• Preserve the matcher diagnostics introduced in #16189 and relocated in #17252, but validate the compiled module through the generated manifest during postbuild analysis. Reject creating another Vite server or rewriting extensions because the correct build artifact already exists.
• Run validation after the initialization enforced by #17008. Use the analysis worker shared by normal/watch processing from #16632, avoiding cached source modules without changing watch discovery or dev loading.
• Cover aliased and transitive relative .js imports targeting TypeScript, server rendering and matching, client navigation, rejected matches, and skipping unused matchers.
