src/env.js is 'sticky' in tutorial #2237

This is probably a SvelteKit bug but I noticed it while looking at the tutorial so for now I'm raising it here — if you follow the instructions in https://next.svelte.dev/tutorial/kit/env-public then you will eventually end up looking at this:

The error doesn't clear when you add the e to make it true.
