feat(settings): provider endpoints, search setup, and Chinese onboarding

Changes

• Add provider Base URL settings and explicit OpenAI Responses / Chat Completions selection. Save credentials and endpoint settings together, preserve environment references, and restore the previous connection if a save fails.
• Show research-search configuration separately from model keys, explain built-in literature/database tools and search MCPs, and document Exa/Tavily setup and protocol differences.
• Translate model connection controls, settings navigation, connector validation, and confirmation controls into Simplified Chinese.
• Keep active workspaces alive when changing provider routing. Regenerate the SDK.

Closes #774. This completes the remaining endpoint/search/onboarding items on top of the MCP URL and Windows sandbox messaging already shipped in v2.0.145.

Verification

• Provider suite: 498 passed, 1 skipped; additional environment-reference regression passed.
• Workspace suite: 1,211 passed with one new test assertion corrected afterward; its focused rerun passed (10/10). The first run also caught and fixed English copy casing.
• All seven package typechecks passed; documentation checks passed.
• CUA in the local workspace: Chinese navigation, invalid endpoint rejection, saved custom URL + Chat protocol, refill, clearing an override, removal confirmation, and localized MCP header validation. Testing caught and fixed the initial missing-provider UI store bug.
• Real local HTTP servers verify both OpenAI wire endpoints and request authorization, without using a paid provider.

Saving a key is configuration, not a live provider or search-quota check. No release is included.
