My smartphone gets stuck in a boot loop when the launcher is used.

Hello Olauncher Team,

I would like to report a serious bug I encountered while using Olauncher on my device.

Device details:
Make/Model: Oppo F9 Pro
RAM: 6 GB
Storage: 64 GB
OS: Android 10

Symptoms:
When attempting to launch any app, the phone immediately hangs and then reboots.
After rebooting and reaching the launcher screen, the phone hangs and reboots again.
This pattern repeats continuously, rendering the device unusable.

Steps to reproduce:
Install and activate Olauncher as the default launcher and use it for a few weeks.
The phone suddenly freezes, reboots, returns to the launcher, and the hang-reboot cycle repeats continuously.

Please assist in analyzing and fixing this bug. Thank you for your attention and support.

Have you tried any other launcher?

I tried similar launchers like Niagara Launcher, but they were fine. It might be due to a problematic app configuration or something else.

Have you been able to fix the boot loop removing Olauncher or could not remove it?

I deleted the app and it worked fine. It takes a while before the olaunche app starts up
