[Feature]: Integrate a code editor inside Tempest #92

What problem are you trying to solve?

While agents run tasks in Tempest, users have no place to code inside the same window. They switch to another editor, which breaks focus and pulls context out of the workspace.

What would the solution look like?

A first-class editor pane inside Tempest so users can code while agents work in parallel. Plan the design properly, gather feedback, then implement.

Alternatives you've considered

Keep using an external editor next to Tempest. Loses the co-located flow and the ability to share context with agents in the same view.
