What does this PR do?
Fixes the banner issue while updating the Docusaurus version to
v2.0.0-beta.3mainly causing because of facebook/docusaurus#5052Notes to reviewers
Banner does not get displayed now, while updating the Docusaurus version to
v2.0.0-beta-3Completes #502.
