Fix Yams dependency #469
Description
swiftlang/swift#31891 introduced a dependency on a fork: jpsim/Yams#260. We need to understand the root cause and go back to depending on upstream releases of Yams.

Dan found the root cause and a better patch: asuhan/Yams#1. We'll need to keep the fork around until TF-1203 is solved.
