[Feature]: Add migration skill from NSubstitute to TUnit.Mocks

Problem Statement

Our team wants to migrate from NUnit+NSubstitute to TUnit+TUnit.Mocks. There is already a skill describing the migration from NUnit to TUnit, but I can't find a skill for migrating from NSubstitute to TUnit.Mocks.

Proposed Solution

Please add a skill which helps the AI with the migration of the mocking library. Link this specific skill under the topic routes in the general TUnit skill.

Since NSubstitute is widely in use, I guess that many developers would be happy with such a skill.
