Storage 8/8: CI gate — no storage-backend deps or *-sqlite/*-mongodb/*-file crates outside tinystoragedrivers #7642
Description
Part of #7522 (storage: tinystoragedrivers is the only storage owner). The parent issue's Design section is the spec; this issue is one checklist item, done in checklist order. Module/upstream PR first, then the OpenHuman gitlink + host adapter.
Scope (tinyhumansai/openhuman)
- A script, run as part of
pnpm rust:layout, that fails when any crate outsidetinystoragedrivers*depends onrusqlite,libsqlite3-sys,mongodb,object_store,sqlx,redb,sledorrocksdb, or defines a*-sqlite/*-mongodb/*-filecrate. - Allowlist the read-only external-DB readers: tinychannels iMessage, the openhuman-app imessage scanner, and tinymemory legacy-import.
- Self-test under
scripts/__tests__/.
Acceptance
- Gate script + self-test, wired into rust:layout

CI gate adding a self-test script to fail builds when crates outside tinystoragedrivers depend on storage backend libraries (rusqlite, mongodb, object_store, etc.) or define -sqlite/-mongodb/*-file crates, with an allowlist for read-only external-DB readers. This is one checklist item in the storage consolidation epic (#7522), an enforcement/build-infrastructure task rather than a user-facing bug or feature. Low urgency: preventive guardrail with no current outage or broken path.
