Follow-up to #7803: confirm EX63 lane, verify stream/watch tests fail pre-fix #7814

Part of #7522. Follow-up to #7803.

#7813 re-pinned vendor/tinybus to f11987b (tinybus#70) and merged. Two optional verification items remain.

• Confirm Lanes / CI Fast (EX63) finished green on a runner with sudo (it was still IN_PROGRESS at merge of storage(#7803): re-pin tinybus to main with #70 #7813; record the result here).
• Optionally run the stream/watch cdylib tests against pre-fix code to confirm they fail there.
