[flows-tinyflows] flows adopt: authoring, gates, approval manifest and node contracts over the bus #8047
Also flows/tools.rs/ops.rs uses of authoring::validate_and_migrate_graph, catalog::render_node_kinds_required. Bump the tinyflows gitlink and re-pin the registry record (modules/registry/records_flows.rs, digests verbatim from the release checksum.toml); delete the host copy and its tests in the same PR.
Done when: the rows above are gone from crates/openhuman-core/src/flows/ (moved, deleted or reduced to the stated host adapter), with their tests moved alongside. Gates: cargo check (root + crates/openhuman-app), pnpm rust:layout, node scripts/ci/check-feature-forwarding.mjs, pnpm debug rust flows, and the touched crates' tests. RPC namespace strings, model-facing tool names and DomainEvent variant names stay unchanged.
Agent brief
Files to consider (paths under crates/openhuman-core/src/ unless rooted): flows/ops/validation.rs, flows/ops/builder_gates.rs, flows/ops/approval_manifest.rs, flows/node_contracts.rs, flows/ops.rs
Migration/refactor task in the flows-tinyflows epic: move authoring, gates, approval manifest and node contracts from host copies to bus-backed adapters, bump the tinyflows gitlink, and re-pin registry records. It is a blocked, well-specified piece of engineering work rather than a defect or a net-new feature request, so priority is low until its dependencies land.
