[Test] Release-cut manual smoke checklist for OS-level features #971

Parent epic: #773 — covers feature-list sections that are NOT driver-automatable

Summary

Some feature-list leaves cannot be automated by WDIO/Appium because they cross OS-level surfaces:

• 0.1.x application download (DMG hosting, version-compat)
• 0.2.x DMG install / Gatekeeper / code-signing / first-launch perm prompts
• 0.3.x auto-update / forced update / reinstall / uninstall
• 2.1.x macOS TCC permission prompts (Accessibility, Input Monitoring, Screen Recording, Microphone)

These require a documented release-cut manual smoke checklist with sign-off.

Scope

• docs/RELEASE-MANUAL-SMOKE.md — checklist with each leaf, expected behaviour, reproduction steps, sign-off line.
• Reference from docs/TESTING-STRATEGY.md "not-automatable" section.
• Reference from release-cut runbook.
• Owner per checklist section.

Acceptance

• Doc lands and is linked from strategy doc.
• First release after merge uses the checklist; sign-offs captured in release PR.

Out of scope

• Automating any of these (parked indefinitely; would need OS automation outside WDIO/Appium scope).
