Hide Memory tab from bottom navigation bar #976

Summary

The Memory tab in the bottom navigation bar should be hidden (commented out) until the Intelligence feature is ready for release.

Current behavior

The bottom tab bar (app/src/components/BottomTabBar.tsx) shows a Memory tab that navigates to /intelligence.

Expected behavior

The Memory tab should be commented out from the bottom navigation bar so it is not visible to users. The Intelligence page and route can remain — only the nav entry needs hiding.
