pm validate: Missing acceptance_criteria and estimated_minutes should trigger warnings for all open/in_progress items #153

Issue
Currently, pm validate reports missing acceptance_criteria and estimated_minutes but only surfaces 7 and 17 items respectively (truncated). This makes it hard to systematically fix these gaps.
Suggested Improvements
- Full list output: When
validatefinds missing fields, provide an option to output the complete list of items with missing metadata, not just the first 5 with truncation. Something like--no-truncateor--allflag. - Auto-fix mode: Add a
pm validate --fixorpm fix-metadatacommand that can interactively prompt for missing required fields on open/in_progress items. - Batch metadata backfill: Add
pm update-manysupport for setting default acceptance_criteria and estimated_minutes across items matching a filter (e.g., all open Tasks). - Resolution backfill for closed items: The 26 closed items missing resolution metadata should have a streamlined backfill path. Add
pm close-many --resolution-templateor similar.
Context
During a comprehensive PM audit of a project with 1,230 items, we found 7 items missing acceptance_criteria, 17 missing estimates, and 26 closed items missing resolution. The truncated output made it hard to fix all of them efficiently.

All four asks are now shipped as of v2026.6.12 (tracked as pm-c3sz and earlier releases): (1) full untruncated lists —
pm validate --verbose-diagnosticsincludes the complete diagnostic item-ID lists (plus per-list *_truncated flags so truncation is always explicit); (2) auto-fix —pm validate --auto-fixwith--dry-runand--fix-scope metadata|resolution|lifecycle; (3) batch backfill —pm update-many(filter- or --ids-based, dry-run plans, rollback checkpoints); (4) resolution backfill for closed items —pm close-many --resolution <text>applies a shared resolution, andpm validate --auto-fix --fix-scope resolutionbackfills missing resolution metadata.
