   Investigated 2026-07-06 (maintainer agent):

   • 2026-07-06 nightly is green on the same main (run 28778051391), including windows-latest / Node 24.
   • The 2026-07-04 failures (restore-command / history-rewrite errno assertions) expected EACCES/EISDIR but Windows raises EPERM; already fixed on main — the specs now pin stringMatching(/^(EACCES|EPERM)$/).
   • The 2026-07-05 failure is a distinct intermittent flake in core-item-lock-coverage.spec.ts ('keeps stale cleanup busy … owner write fails' — the mocked fs.writeFile interception missed, so the gate acquired instead of returning null). Tracked as pm item pm-tgq6 with hardening suggestions (path-normalized mock guard).

   Closing since the nightly is green and the remaining flake is tracked.
