Preserve SDK context, customization, and distribution contracts - #1451
Conversation
Allow real SDK context/next readers to compose with the evaluation primitive. Reject omitted results before grading, retain served-item attribution, and preserve complete packet token accounting and legacy structural result types. Resolve reserved-field recovery from executable create/update registrations. Share collection option identities with structured item IO, and stop inventing external-reference flags. Translate schemaAddField type at the typed helper boundary so numeric and boolean schemas retain their validation and coercion. Lease the complete distribution inventory, staging, and packing operation. Verify inherited workspace identity, refuse incomplete generations, isolate lease controls from non-source linked tests, and preserve copied release imports. Deduplicate Commander recovery projection without dropping guidance or service overrides. Adopt eligible Sentry 10.76.0, Knip 6.39.0, and immutable CodSpeed 5.4.0 updates while retaining cooldown, security, coverage, and artifact budgets. Link the six implementation owners to source, documentation, installed Node/Bun consumers, and independent refusal/contention regressions. Record new downstream reports and defer separately owned major migrations without duplicate intake.

Reviewer's GuideThe PR strengthens SDK evaluator and schema contracts, derives recovery behavior from executable CLI registrations, and serializes distribution packing with verified workspace-scoped build leases; it also adds broad regression/packed-consumer coverage, updates release documentation and PM evidence, and applies eligible dependency/tooling upgrades. The added evaluator acceptance selected bun.cmd although the Windows Bun installation provides bun.exe. Treat both Bun launchers as native executables while retaining npm and npx command shims. Strengthen the existing subprocess contract to assert the actual evaluator executable; it fails before this change and all 23 smoke-script assertions pass afterward. Refresh the release issue summary to match its authenticated immutable producer evidence, preserving remaining release scope. Record complete SDK coverage, installed consumers, analyzer proof, linked test results, and explicit open ownership for the deferred scanner proposal. Keep final closure pending fresh exact-head Windows acceptance and review.

Record successful corrected-head CI and all 26 required contexts, native Windows packed acceptance, exact full-source coverage, installed SDK consumers, independent controls, and unchanged package budgets on the six implementation owners. Close each item with immutable resolution, expected and actual evidence, then release every assignment. Generate the six Unreleased entries through latest pm-changelog 2026.10.12 and verify the result without hand-editing release notes. Preserve explicit open ownership for deferred scanner adoption, Sentry major migration, reported legacy merge receipts, trace freshness and historical release reliability. Keep this evidence and changelog in the reviewed PR so main receives no direct post-merge closeout commit.

Map GitHub issue 1452 to a generated canonical item after full all-status and existing registry-lineage checks. Record isolated activation, mutation, alias and refusal acceptance without claiming the reported current behavior has already been reproduced or fixed. Leave the new owner open and unclaimed. Preserve the six completed SDK implementation owners and their release notes; no runtime source or verification policy changes are included.

An inherited owner path may have been removed or replaced by a file. Resolve it only to authorize matching-root token inheritance; resolution failures instead acquire the valid requested workspace's independent lease. Keep requested-root validation, live matching-token checks, and incomplete-generation refusal intact. Add deleted and non-directory owner regressions that both fail before the repair. All 52 ownership/packing assertions and the three linked command groups pass, including original-owner and unrelated-file preservation. Reopen and reclose the canonical distribution item with complete production defect taxonomy and structured gate evidence. Verify the terminal defect gate and regenerate the latest package-owned changelog without weakening any policy.

Summary
SDK context evaluation now accepts PmClient directly and refuses whole-result omissions before scoring, while retaining metrics, token accounting and served-item attribution. Typed schema helpers preserve number and boolean fields and their coercion rules.
Core-field recovery uses declared mutation registrations and shared collection mappings. Distribution packing holds verified ownership across inventory, staging and packing, refuses incomplete generations, scopes inherited tokens to matching workspaces, and takes an independent lease when the owner path no longer resolves. Non-source linked tests clear inherited controls. Commander recovery projection retains all fields without duplication.
Eligible Sentry 10.76.0, Knip 6.39.0 and immutable CodSpeed 5.4.0 updates retain all existing adoption and quality policies.
Related items
All six owners are closed and released with structured immutable closure evidence. New reports retain open, unclaimed owners: legacy receipt upgrades in pm-tknnzp, custom relationship mutations in pm-7dsolo, and below-cooldown scanner adoption in pm-38w3ii.
Type of change
Test evidence
Independent controls fail before omission, ghost-flag, typed-field, producer/consumer ownership and retired-owner repairs. All 52 packing/ownership assertions pass, including preservation of matching invalid-token refusal and unrelated owner/file bytes. Real packed npm/npx/Bun/bunx and installed Node/Bun evaluator/custom-field consumers pass, including strict TypeScript and native Windows acceptance.
Local integrated verification passes 10,295 functional assertions with exact 100/100/100/100 source coverage. Final hosted coverage, static, compatibility, native platform, security, analyzer and patch coverage checks pass on 8473d10: all 26 required contexts are present and GitHub reports CLEAN. No coverage membership, latency, artifact, directory-density or security threshold is weakened.
Checklist
Both base and Sentry-injected distributions meet unchanged size, file-count, runtime-ledger and map policies. The latest required Sentry/telemetry refresh passes with zero critical/high issues and zero failures without codes; a settled recent sample pairs 109 starts with 109 finishes. Fresh Sentry traces and historical release-reliability debt remain under their existing owners. Optional external reviews limited by quotas or an expired trial are recorded as unavailable, without paid upgrades.
Today's immutable 2026.10.12 publication remains unchanged. Its morning-dispatcher source run and sealed producer binding are independently authenticated; these new changes remain Unreleased for the next ordinary automatic publication.
