(2) docs-skills-gate collectMarkdownFiles readdir mock keyed on /docs → normalize dir separators in the mock. (3) bundle-cli + contracts-snapshot stringContaining path assertions → compare against path.join(...) (native per host). (4) smoke-npx-from-pack execFileSync mocks keyed on bare npm/npx but resolveCommand appends .cmd on win32 → baseCommand() strips .cmd in all mocks. Re-broadened per-PR windows-regression CI job to the full tests/unit/scripts/ directory and locked it in ci-workflow-contract.spec.ts. Root-caused by Linux repro: win32-path mock alone produced 0 failures (path logic is fine), isolating CRLF as the cause. Fixed broadly via repo-root .gitattributes (text=auto eol=lf; 0 existing CRLF files → no churn) rather than per-test, since it eliminates the CRLF class for ALL real-file-reading specs on Windows.
