Eliminate static-analysis nullability and dead-code findings - #892
Conversation
Replace redundant graph option spreads with direct conditional option objects and route metadata validation through defined record guards. Harden Sentry, telemetry, contracts, and review-loop test paths against undefined values while removing stale imports, declarations, parameters, arrays, and call arguments. Extend the PR review helper with top-level acknowledgement commands for non-threadable bot feedback, document the workflow, prune 13 obsolete ESLint suppressions, and lower the enforced suppression ceiling from 127 to 114. Verification: 674 focused tests; 6,800 full tests with 100% statements, branches, functions, and lines; pnpm typecheck; pnpm lint; PM history/storage validation.

Hey - I've found 1 issue, and left some high level feedback:
- The new requireItemMetadataRecord helper duplicates the isRecord logic in static-quality-gate; consider centralizing your "object and not array" type guard to avoid divergence between implementations.
- In parseArgs, the continue following usage() is effectively unreachable because usage exits; you could simplify the control flow (or make usage return normally in a testable mode) to make the intent clearer to future readers and static analyzers.

**suggestion (testing):** Add an assertion for the new top-level `acknowledge` JSON output, similar to the `acknowledge-inline` check.
The test now covers the `comment` and `acknowledge` commands and asserts the `{ reaction, reply }` payload for `acknowledge-inline`, but it doesn’t check the `{ reaction, comment }` payload from the top-level `acknowledge` handler. Please also parse the corresponding `log` entry and assert it matches the expected `{ reaction: { ok: true }, comment: { ok: true } }`, mirroring the `acknowledge-inline` expectation to better protect `handleTopLevelConversationWrite` from regressions.
Suggested implementation:
```typescript
main([
"acknowledge-inline", "--repo", "unbraind/pm-cli", "--pr", 531,
], { runGh: executeGh, log });
// Assert top-level acknowledge handler output
const acknowledgeLogEntry = JSON.parse(log.mock.calls[2]?.[0] ?? "{}");
expect(acknowledgeLogEntry).toEqual({
reaction: { ok: true },
comment: { ok: true },
});
expect(executeGh.mock.calls[0]?.[0]).toContain("subjectId=node-1");
```
1. If the test already destructures or asserts `log.mock.calls` for `acknowledge-inline`, keep that code and, if needed, adjust the index used here (`2`) so it matches the actual position of the top-level `acknowledge` call in `log.mock.calls`. With the current sequence (`react`, `comment`, `acknowledge`, `reply-inline`, `acknowledge-inline`), index `2` should correspond to the top-level `acknowledge` handler.
2. Ensure there is still a separate assertion for the `acknowledge-inline` output that checks for `{ reaction: { ok: true }, reply: { ok: true } }` so both top-level and inline acknowledge paths are covered.

Add stable hidden markers to top-level review acknowledgements so retries reuse an existing GitHub comment instead of duplicating it. Attempt comment and reaction writes independently, emit explicit partial-completion receipts, and fail the command when either write needs recovery. Cover successful output, comment-first and reaction-first failures, non-Error failures, marker reuse, and invalid acknowledgement options. Clarify the documented bot identity and implemented-or-declined audit contract. Record the CodeRabbit and Sourcery feedback round on pm-cp5pbo. Verified 6,801 tests with 100% statement, branch, function, and line coverage plus build, ESLint, duplication, static-quality, and TypeScript gates.
