Outcome

Close the two implementation items delivered by #986, record exact merged-head and Sentry evidence, and regenerate the canonical changelog through pm-changelog 2026.8.12.

The live authenticated 14-day reliability gate now reports zero critical and zero high issues. Only the four exact pre-fix groups owned by merged fixes were marked resolved in the next release; no other Sentry issue was mutated.

Verification

  • build
  • docs/skills link gate
  • pm-changelog 2026.8.12 freshness check
  • pm health: 10/10 checks, zero warnings
  • 2,453 history streams, zero drift
  • no in-progress PM items

Summary by Sourcery

Record closure of bounded output-session receipt and linked Sentry environment isolation issues and refresh the canonical changelog entry for these fixes.

Bug Fixes:

  • Document fixes for invalid next_state emission in long-running output-session receipts.
  • Document isolation of linked pm test children from production Sentry environment to prevent sandbox failures becoming release blockers.

Documentation:

  • Update issue and history artifacts for pm-b0v8fs, pm-9aaji6, and pm-v0a0un to reflect their resolution and ownership.

Summary by cubic

Closes out the bounded read-output session receipt fix and linked-test Sentry environment isolation by recording merged evidence and resolution metadata. Regenerates the Unreleased changelog and confirms the 14‑day Sentry gate is clean (PM‑CLI‑31 and PM‑CLI‑2Y/2Z/30 resolved; no other groups changed).

Written for commit 769e403. Summary will update on new commits.

Review in cubic

Record merged PR #986 evidence, exact Sentry dispositions, complete resolution metadata, and ownership release for the two finished items.

Regenerate the Unreleased changelog with pm-changelog 2026.8.12 and append the external PM-CLI-2Y/2Z/30 reliability disposition to its canonical closed owner.

Reviewer's Guide

This PR finalizes and documents the delivery of two reliability fixes (bounded output-session receipts and Sentry environment isolation for linked tests) plus a canonical typed-refusal owner update, and regenerates the changelog and PM artifacts to match the merged state and Sentry evidence for the 2026.8.12 release gate.

Warning

Review limit reached

@unbraind, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 34 minutes

You've used all free OSS reviews for now. Wait for the free limit to reset to keep reviewing this public repository.

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.

Correction for future reviews: the merged implementation does not stop emitting next_state at capacity. It always emits a parser-valid next_state capped at 10,000 identities, preserves the caller's existing identities, deterministically retains new identities that fit, and adds seen_item_overflow_count for newly delivered identities not retained. This PR only records that already-reviewed behavior and its closeout evidence.

CodeRabbit could not start because the provider's review limit was reached, so this is documented as unavailable capacity rather than approval. No code changed in this closeout; Sourcery completed a clean review and all exact-head checks are terminal green.

This PR changes only append-only tracker records and generated changelog text, so it cannot affect runtime benchmarks. CodSpeed also reports different runtime environments, the required benchmark workflow passed, and the comparison includes one improvement alongside one regression. Treating the isolated result as non-actionable runner variance.

Confirmed: the closeout changes no coverable runtime lines, all four coverage shards and aggregate coverage gate passed, and all tests were successful.

Thank you. The clean review matches the exact tracker/changelog-only scope. The generated guide's next_state wording was corrected separately so future reviews retain the actual capped-continuation contract.
