fix(e2e): align image chat viewport with native window - #1122

Keep the full-size image-chat viewport at the desktop window's 1200x800 footprint so the Composer remains inside the visible E2E surface. Add a native-bound check to catch future viewport drift.

Align the full-size image-chat CDP viewport with the native 1200x800 Electron window so the Composer stays visible. Add a guard that fails when the emulated viewport exceeds native bounds. Validated with desktop build, image-chat E2E, desktop typecheck, lint, node syntax check, and check:pr-base.
