feat(live-voice): default work to the current session - #1265

Use the active Composer target so voice work can start without preselection; resolve it in Main against a fresh multi-backend catalog and keep voice-selected switches opaque. Keep execution permissions backend-owned, context-history consent independent, and stop/cancel controls bound to each operation's original session.
Provide the playback monitor's AudioContext in the controller fixture and run the packaged-owner path check as ESM so import.meta.url matches production.
Update the shared feature branch to the current remote main before final integration checks. Preserve the approved Composer-default target flow while incorporating concurrent upstream changes.
Keep the playback-failure interaction scenario aligned with the production call bar, which reports one-shot action errors through the global ToastHost.
