fix(models): hide revoked models from the live service pane - #1290

A live refresh could reinsert saved bindings into the service pane. Catalog enrichment also erased their configured-only origin, making a retired known model look like part of the endpoint answer. Preserve the origin while enriching metadata and show only served rows in the live service pane. Keep selected bindings, overrides and offline fallbacks editable without silently deleting user configuration.

刷新模型列表时，设置页会把已保存的模型绑定重新合并进左侧「该服务的模型」。如果被上游撤销的 ID 仍能匹配内置目录，目录补全还会覆盖它的用户配置来源，导致刷新后该模型继续显示。
本次保留模型的真实来源，让实时服务列表仅展示服务返回的模型；右侧已选绑定、别名、自定义额度及离线回退仍保留，刷新不会删除用户配置。
这是对 #1277 未覆盖的设置页面合并路径的补充，两者可独立合入。已使用 #1277 的接口返回改动验证本次回归测试通过；未修改原作者分支。

验证：
claude-sonnet-4-5并新增模型后，左侧仍显示撤销项；修复后通过真实 discovery IPC + 设置组件渲染回归。9e1ea906eb52c38c36ba7509afe072a4da843bbd；基于 main：22dfb87a84056127fad07617e8d06974f927bebc。验证环境复用了本机工具链、依赖包缓存及 Electron。现有依赖链接无法满足 pnpm 的工作区绑定要求，因此从本机缓存按锁文件离线恢复；现有宿主二进制版本过旧，因此复用现有 Cargo target 编译当前 main 的宿主后执行隔离测试。没有调用真实模型服务或使用用户桌面数据。
