Make the official StepFun endpoint selectable and preserve its model capabilities while first-party catalog coverage is incomplete. Keep reseller metadata separate and retain user overrides and safety limits. Cover discovery, saved bindings, reasoning replay and tool continuation through the real adapter, with no credentials in fixtures. fixes vastsa#738
Route the service preset to the subscription endpoint so Step API keys can discover Step 5 Preview. Keep saved ordinary endpoints unchanged. Normalize disabled retry settings to false on both read paths so an unrelated settings edit can pass the existing strict write validation.
Validate the provider and settings changes against the current target branch.
Keep the request head current with the target branch before publishing.

Expose the subscription endpoint in the service picker so its key is paired with the Step Plan route and Anthropic Messages format. Bind it to the existing first-party models.dev vendor record. Reuse published model capabilities and existing runtime adapters instead of carrying the obsolete Step 5 metadata supplement from PR #763.

https://api.stepfun.com/step_plan/v1，现有运行时去掉末尾/v1后交给 Anthropic SDK，请求最终到/step_plan/v1/messages。Step 5 Preview 使用精确官方端点限定的能力补充：1,024,000 输入上下文、64,000 输出上限、图片、工具调用、low/medium/high 推理。第一方 models.dev 记录及用户覆盖继续优先，补充不改变模型可用性。同步 9 种语言名称、规范和 ADR，无数据库迁移。

MessageTimestamp替身，修复远端 4 个失败用例。没有新增测试文件或测试用例。已有用例仅修复上述替身、断言和超时。

5a04e9e84删除未发布预设的旧配置兼容说明，文档检查通过；运行代码未变。以下为代码候选的验证记录。候选：
4345c9b79b4c5503174dd43adc5119ee96a70ef7；目标 main：67a6467146a227d045b6998ee62b2e5e8bbc1171。pnpm -r --if-present test全部通过（Desktop 2,748 项、agent-runtime 1,054 项及其他工作区包）。随后同步主线设置编辑器及语音修复，再跑 Desktop 全量 2,748 项、voice-runtime 39 项及设置编辑器 11 项；Desktop 构建/类型检查/lint/架构检查重新通过。pnpm check:pr-base --base upstream/main通过。目标为 vastsa 上游 main；origin 是个人 fork。环境：macOS arm64，独立 worktree，复用现有 Electron 43.6.0/host-core。因新主线依赖缺失而更新依赖并生成锁文件。没有 Rust 差异，本地未重复 Rust 全量检查；远端 CI 执行 Rust 检查。未调用真实模型、付费接口或用户运行中的桌面实例；未运行
